The Loop 21: Goldman Sachs Executive Doesn't Quit Quietly

Here's a snippet from my latest piece over at Loop21:

“The environment now is as toxic and destructive as I have ever seen it”

Greg Smith, who worked at Goldman Sachs, didn’t have kind words when announcing his resignation today. He went to the right place, too. His public letter of resignation entitled, “Why I Am Leaving Goldman Sachs,”  was published in the OP-ED section of The New York Times.

After 12 years of working at Goldman, Smith knew his way around the business. When he left, Smith was an executive director and oversaw the investment bank’s equity derivatives business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

If you ever meet this man in person, Cryn, please kiss him on the mouth for me. Thanks!
