Well, after many years of researching and writing on the topic of the student loan crisis, I have finally finished my book, Solving the Student Loan Crisis: Dreams, Diplomas, and a Lifetime of Debt (New Insights Press). It will be published in early May and will be available in paperback and Kindle on Amazon.
I can't begin to describe the relief I feel now that I am finished with this project.
For now, I'll share the cover with all of you.
More details to follow.

"Michael Sullivan, the attorney for the law school, said the jury verdict showed that TJSL does its best to provide accurate information on its graduates and is not a “fourth-tier” law school.
“When the jury heard about the excellent faculty and the awards that its students have won — more than Ivy League schools — very prestigious writing awards, all of its faculty being top-drawer, the passion that its faculty has for its students, I think that helped them understand that this is not a Trump University,” Sullivan said after the verdict.
Sullivan told the jury that Alaburda, 37, did not suffer any damages and that she went to TJSL because it was the only law school where she got accepted."

Once again, TTTThoma$ Jeffer$on Sewer of Law is ranked as a fourth tier trash pit - by US "News" & World Report. Keep in mind that juries are comprised of people who are too dumb to get off jury duty. Apparently, these people feel that if you are only admitted to one law school that you applied to, then you cannot have been harmed by false, misleading employment statistics published by the law school pigs.
In the end, at least fewer people are applying to ABA-accredited toilets. It's not as though the federal government is going to stop issuing student loans to these cesspools.
Well, that is one ruling. There has been a shift - it's gradual.
Here's a recent article that discusses the shift: http://www.wsj.com/articles/judge-says-bankrupt-law-grads-can-cancel-bar-loans-1458941328
I am so happy for you, Cryn. Nice work!

B - Thanks so much. I appreciate it. My goal, as it has always been, is to raise further awareness about the crisis.
College is not needed, and I intend to pound that point home in my daughter as she grows up. The biggest earners that I know do not have college educations. The debt is not worth it. There's better ways to learn about the world.
