UPDATE The Department of Education S.W.A.T. Team Fiasco

See my latest article over at USA Today about the Department's S.W.A.T. fiasco.

I will provide updates if warranted.

If the warrant isn't for defaulted loans, then what's the warrant for? Why isn't it public? It can't be found on PACER . . .

So, why was the OIG part of this situation?

WE WANT ANSWERS.

You, Department of Ed, look like a joke, but a scary joke.

UPDATE: The news station has updated the story and there is no mention of student loan debt issues in this recent video.

This is a waste of our tax dollars. This warrant seems more applicable for someone downloading child porn or something equally awful in nature.
